9 Watchable Women at the 2011 MTV VMAs [PICS]

The MTV Video Music Awards are pointless. The awards are part popularity contest and part “who is available to show up and perform?” We think the performers, presenters and the audience all know the moon man award is a tacky paperweight worth about as much as, well, a tacky paperweight. The actual show itself is what's most important; who will show, who will flop and who will steal the night? And the women. Oh, oh the women are very important. They are the most fun to watch. Here are 9 women that are will be fun to watch at the MTV VMAs this year.
Britney Spears
It was a long road filled with head shavings and window smashing but Britney Spears is officially back. Yeah, yeah good for her music but I'm referring to Britney the sex symbol. She is possibly hotter than ever and usually saves her most interesting moments (snake charming, bad dancing and tonsil hockey) for the VMA awards.

Selena Gomez
Selena is only nineteen so we'll tread lightly on the dirty talk but she is the perfect example of the green banana: not quite ripe but one day is going to be a hell of a fruit. Not sure that makes sense but we don't want to offend her or that mad dog, unpredictable known as the Beibs.

Adele
Adele isn't the knockout like some of the other women on this list but what she doesn't have in looks she makes up for in pure talent. Girl can sing. She can write music. She is beyond talented and isn't a manufactured sound. Fun to watch on talent alone.

Nicki is adorable and freaky. Two things that make her watchable whether she is performer, presenting or wiggling her way out of a limo with ruining her outfit. Honestly, it must take her about 72 hours to get dressed for an event. Hair alone is half a day.

She isn't the Christina of old in the looks department but she can still belt out a tune and is always worth watching because of the unpredictability of her performances.
