A Not So Great Day On Jeopardy

It was not the greatest day on Jeopardy.

When the second round was about to end for the contestants to move on to Final Jeopardy, two contestants managed to fall in the negative.  This meant that one contestant, who was the current champion, moved on to the final round alone.

"This was not one our greatest days," Trebak stated after the second round.
