Amber Rose says the pressure to be more sexually adventurous pushed her to have her first threesome recently — and it wasn't what she expected.

Rose relayed the experience during the first episode of her new podcast, Loveline with Amber Rose, noting her openness about sex and sex positivity influenced her decision to engage in a threesome with two of her close friends, despite having reservations about the act itself.

"I know people think that I f--- a lot and I promote sex positivity, but I've been in long relationships most of my life," she told her co-host, sex therapist Dr. Chris Donaghue.

"We kinda just got together and it was a guy and a girl and it was f---king horrible," she continued. "I'm having sleepless nights...It's horrible because I felt the pressure, getting older, to experience new things. And I did it against my better judgment, because I talk about sex a lot and I promote that and I'm like, I need to have more experience. So I did it, and I hated it."

Rose tried to pinpoint why she regretted the experience, saying, "I feel like I'm a very passionate lover and I like that one-on-one passion. I like to feel that. So with the threesome, I kind of felt like there was no passion. There was no kissing and rolling around and all those moments that I enjoy."

Rose also noted the experience, which left her with extreme anxiety, also left her unfulfilled.

"Afterwards I didn't feel fulfilled. I felt gross and I felt like, you know, I initially really wanted to do it so it wasn't like I was in denial about it," she said. "So I did it and I felt like s---t after it."

Rose has stated in the past that she's more conservative when it comes to sex, admitting that the view people may have of her sex life doesn't necessarily coincide with her actual bedroom behavior.

"I feel like I'm just such a nerd in the bedroom. People really think that I have orgies all day and, like, I do these crazy sex acts," she said during an episode of her talk show The Amber Rose Show via US Weekly. "I'm like, 'I'm really just a normal girl.'"
