The Beach Boys have gotten back together to record a charity single. It's called "Don't Fight The Sea," and it was composed by Beach Boy Al Jardine and "Seasons in the Sun" singer Terry Jacks.

Jardine, Brian Wilson, Mike Love and Bruce Johnston sing on it, along with a vocal from the late Carl Wilson.

The B-side is an a cappella mix of their 1968 song "Friends," a song Jardine feels has underappreciated vocals.

The single will raise money for the American Red Cross relief efforts in Japan. It's on iTunes today.
