If you haven't been able to get out to see Bon Jovi on tour this year, you're in luck. The Jersey-based rockers are streaming the final show of their US concert tour online this Thursday (April 25).

The concert will take place at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., with streaming provided by a brand-new company called Evntlive. A press release said the company "integrates elements of the live experience like no other service." Fans can watch the high-definition video stream on their computer, mobile phone or tablet device, and they can also share via social media like Facebook and Twitter while watching.

The service also lets users connect with friends via Evntlive's "Buzz" feature, buy music, and check out All Access artist content.

Bob Jovi's current tour is a celebration of 30 years of music, but sadly, it doesn't feature guitarist Richie Sambora, who bowed out citing "personal issues." However, Jon Bon Jovi recently declared of his longtime bandmate: "we love him very much and he's absolutely still a member of the band."

The trek will also visit such far-flung locales as South Africa, Bulgaria, Germany, Sweden and the UK before coming back to the US in July to wrap up with stadium dates in Chicago, Detroit, Massachusetts and a two-night stand in the band's home state of New Jersey.
