Police reportedly uncovered the body of a woman believed to be former Bridalplasty contestant Lisa Marie Naegle yesterday (December 20), just days after the reality star’s husband reported her missing.

Naegle’s body was found buried in the backyard of a home belonging to 34-year-old Jackie Jerome Rogers, who reportedly confessed to murdering Naegle after the two left a birthday party together early Sunday morning (December 18), according to TMZ.

Police spokesman Sal Ramirez confirmed the finding last night, saying via The Hollywood Reporter, "We can confirm a body which we believe is Lisa Marie was discovered in a shallow grave at the suspect's home. The detectives strongly believe it is her.”

A source further claims via TMZ that Naegle, who worked as a nurse, was hit seven times with a hammer.

Naegle's husband, Derek Harryman, says his wife called him around 2:30 AM Sunday morning, telling him she’d be home after grabbing something to eat. He noted she sounded “really, really drunk,” according to USA Today. When she failed to show, Harryman notified police.

Naegle’s family began a missing persons campaign across social media, ultimately gaining access to footage from a security camera that showed her leaving a beer hall with Rogers, who is reportedly one of Naegle's nursing students.

"We went and we looked at the film and she left with him,” Naegle’s brother, Rafael Chavez, said. “He told everybody he left without her.”

When further confronted with the surveillance photos, Rogers changed his story, saying Naegle had gotten into his car but exited quickly after. Family members then notified police of their suspicions that Rogers was involved in Naegle's disappearance, and he was arrested soon after.

Naegle finished fourth on the 2010 E! reality show Bridalplasty, where women competed to win plastic surgery procedures and their dream wedding.
