You know, the internet is full of people testing ballistics gear. Company owners and CEO's putting their life on the line to prove the value and quality of their products. But these videos aren't anything new. You can trace live bulletproof testing videos all the way back to the 1940's. It was a simpler time, and you can sort of believe they would do such a thing. Nowadays, it's not smart, but I can't look away.

Hopefully this goes without saying, even if you have a pristine plate carrier sitting in the closet, don't shoot yourself. Just last Summer, some idiot on Facebook Live lost his life "testing" his homemade ballistics vest, and ultimately, it failed in a very cringeworthy way.
