Another Video Showing a Parent Racing With Their Child in the Car

Yesterday I posted the story about the guy and his son racing on a closed course and asked you if you thought it was child endangerment. Today I found a video of a dad and his daughter. I love her cute accent and her giggles but is he putting the child in danger? "Don't tell Mummy!"  I think 'Mummy' already knows since this has had over a million views on YouTube. (I like the music they are listening to on the radio!)
