Discounted Food To Veterans On Friday

This Friday 11-11-11 is a day that is set aside honor our Nation's Veterans. And as always there will be the usual gathering of military past and present at various locations to hear the proclamations about those who have served and are still serving and to hear the echos of thank you over and over again.

And again this year many Veterans will be treated to food at various restaurants. Below are some that have deals and discounts.

Chili's: A choice of one of six meals free, dine in only. Gratuity and beverages not included.

Subway: Free six inch flatbread or sub.

Applebee's: Choose from one of seven entrees, including the bacon cheddar cheeseburger and the 7oz. house sirloin.

Krispy Kreme: Did some one say free doughnut? Yes Please!

Denny's: From 6 - 10am, enjoy a free Grand Slam Breakfast.

Texas Roadhouse: Free lunch from among 10 different options between 11am and 2pm.

Outback Steakhouse: Outback is honoring Veterans all week with a free Bloomin' Onion and any Coke product.
