Expect Martin Scorsese’s George Harrison Documentary This Year

Martin Scorsese's documentary on George Harrison, Living in the Material World, is nearing completion and will be out this year.

The release will be accompanied by an authorized biography.  The 400-page Living in the Material World: George Harrison will contain rare photos and memories from his family and friends, as well as excerpts from his letters and diaries.  Among those sharing their thoughts are Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and Eric Clapton.

Harrison died in 2001 from cancer at the age of 58.
