George H.W. Bush Shaved His Head to Support a Two-Year-Old with Cancer

It's amazing how easy it is to love our former presidents, no matter what you thought of them when they were actually in office.  Especially when they do stuff like this.

George H.W. Bush is 89 now and he just completely shaved his head!

He did it to show solidarity with a two-year-old boy with leukemia, named Patrick.  Patrick's dad is on Bush's Secret Service security detail.

Patrick is currently undergoing chemo to treat his leukemia, so he's bald . . . and all the members of Bush's Secret Service team shaved their heads to support him.  So Bush decided to go bald to support him too.

George and Barbara Bush lost their first daughter to leukemia 60 years ago.  Her name was Pauline.  She was their second child, and she died at age four from leukemia.
