U.S. Women's soccer player and 'Dancing With the Stars' alum Hope Solo has plead not guilty to domestic assault charges that claim she attacked her half-sister and nephew over the weekend.

The two-time Olympic gold medalist allegedly attacked her sister and 17-year-old nephew at their Seattle-area home early Saturday morning. According to CNN, police stated that they responded to a 911 call claiming that a woman wouldn't stop "hitting people" and refused to leave the house. Upon the cops' arrival, Solo reportedly seemed "intoxicated and upset."

According to TMZ, Solo's nephew gave a detailed (and shocking) account of what went down that night, claiming that he pulled a gun on her after she wouldn't stop punching him.

The teen claims that his soccer star aunt arrived at his house upset that she had missed a flight and thought that he was talking badly about her. According to the nephew, she said that he would never be a professional athlete because he was "too fat and crazy" (Solo allegedly told police that she claimed he was "fat and unathletic") and when he went into another room to call his mom, Solo called him a "p---y." When he then cursed at her and told her to leave the house, she began pulling his hair and punching him -- and he took an old, allegedly non-working BB gun and pointed it at her, though that was not enough to deter her.

The teen called the police, and Solo left, though she soon came back and then started attacking her half-sister when she came home. The boy then grabbed a broomstick and beat Solo over the head with it.

According to a document filed by Solo (via CNN), the soccer player claims did not attack anyone and was actually the victim in the attack, which occurred after she called her nephew "fat and unathletic" and he hit her over the head with the broomstick.

Solo's lawyer spoke out about the charges, saying: "Our investigation reveals that Hope was assaulted and injured during this unfortunate incident," he revealed (quotes via CNN). "We look forward to the opportunity to present the true facts in court and to having this matter behind Hope very soon."

The goalkeeper is ordered to avoid contact with her half-sister and nephew and not drink alcohol, and a pretrial hearing for the case is set for August 11.
