Is This Police Harassment – Guy Tries To Wash His Car In His Driveway

A police officer in New Jersey tried to stop a man washing his car in his own driveway. And if it wasn't filmed on a smartphone, few would believe it. The video shows the officer showing the town ordinance to the homeowner, explaining that it's unlawful to wash vehicles on public property. Despite being reminded that the officer was standing on private property, a ticket was issued.
