Kristen Stewart made her long overdue return to The Ellen Show on Friday, November 11, where she and Ellen DeGeneres waxed nostalgic about the actress's famed role in the Twilight series.

"I feel like I'm looking at a college yearbook," Stewart said as DeGeneres displayed a photo of the actress during her last visit to the Ellen set in 2011, when she and her Twilight cast mates appeared to promote Breaking Dawn.

"I don't jump right back into those memories but as soon as you see pictures, you're like, 'Oh God, it's like yesterday!' ...And then maybe not."

Stewart, who currently stars in The Clouds of Sils Maria, also opened up about how "awkward" she was while filming the hit teen film series, admitting, "I was seventeen, eighteen when it all went down and that was the most uncomfortable, terrible, weird thing. You're, like, seventeen years old, [going] 'Ahhh!'"

"At the same time it's good," she added. "It kind of forced me to stand to attention in this way, which, I didn't have that... When I do stuff that really scares me I feel like good stuff happens."
