One thing is for sure: after you watch this, you're going to watch to eat an Oreo and a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Probably both.

A YouTuber who goes by the name The Food Surgeon -- self-described as "a culinary practitioner not qualified to perform surgery of any kind" -- showed off his skills by methodically removing the fillings from an Oreo and a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and then placing the Oreo cream in the Reese's chocolate cup. The Food Surgeon does this with a precision and tenderness that most Hollywood stars wish their plastic surgeons did when haphazardly applying their Botox.

You've probably dreamed about pulling this kind of culinary stunt ever since you were a kid, but, despite his claims, only The Food Surgeon, decked in his professional looking blue gloves, working carefully and silently, has the training necessary to do it right. While we may not see any degrees on his wall, we can only assume he went to cookie medical school.

The Food Surgeon has not revealed his or her identity, but did tell Mashable the method behind the madness of the oddly compelling videos he's placed online:

I think there's something almost hypnotic about watching deft hands perform tasks, and although my own hands are clumsy and far from skillful, I wanted to emulate that effect as best I could in hopes of entertaining others. I choose not to talk in my videos because I want the entire focus to be on the food, the hands, the tools, and the sounds they make together."

Yes, that sound may be riveting, but we think it's eclipsed by the grumbling of our stomach as we watch.
