Phil Collins Is Thinking About Bailing on ‘Family Time’ and Returning to Music

Back in 2011, Phil Collins announced that he was putting his music career aside to devote more time to his family. He said, "I am stopping so I can be a full time father to my two young sons on a daily basis."

Well apparently, that isn't going so great for him because he now says he's thinking about returning to music. He told some German newspaper, "I have started thinking about doing new stuff some shows again, even with Genesis. Everything is possible. We could tour in Australia and South America. We haven't been there yet."

He added that his youngest boys, who are 12 and nine years old now, have encouraged him to return to music. Phil last played live in 2010, and last performed with Genesis in 2007.
