Pink Floyd has revealed the audio and video tracklist for the seven-disc “Immersion Edition” box set of their 1979 opus ‘The Wall.’ Much like last year’s tricked-out versions of ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ (reviewed here) and ‘Wish You Were Here,’ this set, which hits stores Feb. 28, also comes packed with goodies like photos, marbles and a scarf.

‘The Wall,’ which hits stores in this new form (as well as on remastered vinyl and a shorter three-disc “Experience Edition”) on Feb. 28, will be the third and as far as we know, last of the Floyd albums selected to get this super-deluxe treatment, although we’re still wishing really hard for ‘Animals.’

A remastered version of the original album will take up the first two discs, followed by the previously released ‘Is There Anybody Out There’ live album from the band’s 1980-81 tour in support of the record.

Discs five and six feature an outrageously generous helping of demo tracks from various stages of the project’s development, and a DVD featuring live footage from the original ‘Wall’ tour and various documentary and promotional clips rounds out the set.

It’s going to be a big year for ‘The Wall,’ as former Floyd songwriter Roger Waters continues to tour with a show devoted entirely to an impressive multi-media performance of the album, which will include a series of summer shows at outdoor venues.
