Imagine that you are out with the family on a beautiful afternoon, sun is shining and you and the family are having the time of your life playing a round of mini golf, when all the sudden your leisurely round of family golf turns into an ESPN event. That is just what happened recently to some folks playing golf at Pier 25 in New York City. A group called Improveverywhere surprised random mini-golfers and held the 'Mini Golf Open', with caddies, commentators, an ESPN camera crew, and a huge crowd. The "winner" was presented with the actual Claret Jug from The Open Championship.
