Rainy Day Funds to Help Schools and Prisons – Good News on the Great Plains [VIDEO]

It's no secret that the budget shortfalls are affecting our schools and prisons across the state.

Recently, Governor Mary Fallin has given approval to tap the State's Rainy Day Fund to supplement this years budget.  That's Good News on the Great Plains.
