Simon Cowell Puts In Audition Studios For “X Factor”

 Simon Cowell is looking so hard for the next big singer for "The X Factor" he's putting audition studios around the country. 

Cowell says it's probably not as much fun as an open audition, but it's a chance to be seen and heard. The studios will be in Nashville, Kansas City, Denver and Anchorage, Alaska, and possibly other cities.

 Cowell and L.A. Reid will be the judges, and a third has yet to be named. Cowell acknowledges Fergie's name has been put forward, but "like with a lot of other people we've spoken to, we have to check out everyone's availability."

He says the show a 5 or 6 day a week commitment.
