4th of July

The 2022 Lawton, Fort Sill 'Freedom Festival' has been announced! This year it will be a 2 day Independence Day bash at Elmer Thomas Park 501 N.W. Ferris Ave. on Friday, July 1st and Saturday, July 2nd (04-01-22 & 04-02-22). It's going to be an all-American, red, white, and blue, star-spangled good time guaranteed!

4th of July celebrators in San Diego, Calif. got an extremely brief but oddly spectacular fireworks show in 2012 when a malfunction caused all of the pyrotechnics to detonate at once. Many of us have outdoor plans for the 4th of July. Backyard barbeques or maybe a day at the beach. No Independence Day celebration is complete without enjoying some fireworks. While your are planning your day, take a moment to consider your pets.

America will turn 237 years on on July 4th.  A day of celebrations all across our great land.
