For the second time in as many years, Tim Bachman of Bachman-Turner Overdrive has been charged with sexual assault.

Bachman Turner Overdrive's hard-hitting 1974 album 'Not Fragile' has been remastered and expanded for a two-CD 40th anniversary edition due March 18 from Universal Canada.

Nineteen-seventy-three's 'BTO II' really only boasted two stand-out tracks, and neither cracked the Top 10. Still, the songs were enough to free Randy Bachman of his early association with the Guess Who and to establish Bachman-Turner Overdrive as a new presence in rock 'n' roll.

We have some disturbing news today. Tim Bachman, an original guitarist of Bachman-Turner Overdrive, is currently on trial in British Columbia, Canada for sexually abusing a girl under the age of 14.
