This week I will be hopping on a plane headed for Boston and I’m really looking forward to this summer getaway. In addition to planning my outfits for the trip, it’s also super important to me to make sure I have everything I need in my carry-on. Here are some of my carry-on must haves.

Doesn’t summer just call for a Little White Dress? The LWD can be just as versatile as the much-loved LBD (Little Black Dress). I think you can wear one for pretty much any occasion- except a wedding. Yes, I’m traditional like that. The LWD is perfect as a base for your favorite accessories and shoes. With mine, I added a coral blazer and snakeskin shoes to amp it up a bit.

Memorial Day is called the unofficial start of summer, but I also call it the start of lake season! I know I was celebrating Memorial Day at the lake last weekend, were you?
