More Girls Graduate
A new figure released by census.gov this week shows another game-changing shift: More women than men are leaving college with degrees. Among adults 25 and older, 10.6 million women have master's degrees or higher, compared to 10.5 million men. Women have also picked up the pace in bachelor's degrees. About 20.1 million women have them, compared to 18.7 million men.
