This Weekend is Oklahoma’s Free Fishing Weekend

Just about every state offers anglers a few days each year to fish license free. Ours are June 6-7. Take advantage of it!

It is the perfect time to head out to one of our full lakes and cast a line. Whether you're looking for that perfect bass, or a gnarly catfish, this is the weekend to do it.

The weather forecast is perfect for fishing. Hot, mostly clear, and a stable barometer. The bite should be on!

These free fishing days include all of our big area lakes... Lawtonka, Ellsworth, Waurika, Ft. Cobb, Tom Steed, and Altus-Lugert (FYI... there aren't any fish in Lugert)
