Training For The Insane Inflatable 5K – Stretching
In our third episode to help you prepare for the Red River Chevy Dealers Insane Inflatable 5K fun run, Jeri Anderson talks about the importance of stretching.
Before doing any physical activity or workout it's a good idea to stretch out a bit to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.
It's important to stretch before doing something like say an Insane 5K with Inflatables to help reduce injury and increase performance.
Remember to stretch those muscles on the big day!
