What The Heck is That? How to Identify Bugs, Pills and More!

This morning, I walked into the downstairs bathroom and saw Parasteatoda tepidariorum. What the heck is that?

That translates, for non-geeks, as the American House Spider.  It was in the window sill and creating a master work with his web.  I found out this spider is the web builder that every scary movie ever made tries to emulate.

What other things do we identify online?  Here is a great list of websites that will help you identify things you never knew you needed to know:
