Oklahoma's sky sure was bright Tuesday evening! After another magnificent fall sunset, Oklahoma's night sky lit up with red, green and purple hues from the Northern Lights. And if you missed the spectacle Tuesday evening, you'll get a second chance Wednesday night.

According to KOCO Chief Meteorologist Damon Lane, Oklahoma will have a second chance of seeing the Northern Lights right out their front door around 6 p.m. Wednesday evening. We'll know more about their intensity closer to time.

The Northern Lights lit up Oklahoma on Tuesday.

I think just about every Oklahoman was outside Tuesday evening to see the Northern Lights! Social media was filled with breathtaking photos of those red, green and purple hues.

Our very own Kelso on Z94 even ventured outside to snap the pic below of pink and purple dancing over his neighborhood in Lawton.

And you didn't have to be in complete darkness to see the Northern Lights in Oklahoma on Tuesday. The National Weather Service in Norman could even see them over the bright lights of Norman.

Oklahoma may have an even better chance to see the Northern Lights on Wednesday.

The Northern Lights were so dazzling over Oklahoma on Tuesday night, I don't know how they could get even better! But it's possible that Oklahoma may have an even better chance of seeing the Northern Lights again on Wednesday.

According to News9 Meteorologist Lacey Swope, all 77 counties in Oklahoma could see the Northern Lights and it's possible everyone could see them again Wednesday evening. Like Tuesday, the Northern Lights may be hard to see with the naked eye, so you'll want to have your camera ready. Tonight may also have more cloud-coverage, but stay tuned to the forecast because us Oklahomans know it always changes!

If Oklahoma Was A Candle, What Would It Smell Like?

I think it's fair to say that each place you can visit has a distinctive smell. That being said, I don't think you can just easily cram Oklahoma into just one candle. There are so many different places that are diverse and unique. It's a loaded question beyond what most people can answer. Instead, here are a few different candles to represent the places I've lived and traveled to in Oklahoma.
