A new bill in Oklahoma would get very interesting if it were to pass in the state.

Sometimes I wonder if any type of government makes sense.  I know you've felt the same at one point or another.  This week the Oklahoma Senate rejected a proposal that would prevent teenagers from using cell phones while driving.  I'm not the most aware when it comes to our state government and what it is doing but from the few reports I have read, a big reasoning came from Oklahoma City Republica
