Chris Pratt Makes Good on Super Bowl Bet, Visits Children’s Hospital as Star-Lord
Marvel stars Chris Pratt and Chris Evans—Seahawks and Patriots fans, respectively—made a bet on Twitter on which of their teams would win the Super Bowl. At stake? The loser would have to visit a local charity dressed as their superhero. The Patriots beat the Seahawks in dramatic fashion, so Pratt, in full Star-Lord costume, lived up to his end of the bargain and visited Christopher's Haven, a home for kids and their families battling cancer in Boston.

There are lots of ways to express your dedication to a particular film or character: you can write about it, you can post GIFs on Tumblr, you can get a tattoo or wear officially licensed merchandise, or you can get really into cosplay. The choice is yours. But for one fan of ‘Captain America,’ these things were simply not enough. In order to better emulate his favorite Marvel villain, one fan has gone so far as to have a large portion of his own nose removed. Yikes.

For a while, the party line on the possibility of an ‘Iron Man 4’ was that it was not going to happen. Why Marvel Studios Succeeds (And How It Will Fail If It Doesn’t Diversify)
Guardians Of The Galaxy just enjoyed a very successful weekend at movie theaters, taking home around $94m, far in excess of expectations. The movie also stands at 92% positive reviews on aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes, joining all previous Marvel Studios movies in receiving predominantly favorable notices. Marvel Studios is doing very well. In six years and ten movies, it has avoided both critical and commercial disasters, and frustrated naysayers who hailed the demise of the superhero movie at every step. Marvel's rivals at Fox, Sony Columbia, and Warner Bros, have enjoyed commercial success as well -- but not with the acclaim, consistency, or proliferation of Marvel. So how does Marvel do it, and can they keep doing it?

Part of the fun of watching a Marvel movie is looking out for all those Easter eggs strewn throughout, and you can be sure 'Guardians of the Galaxy' has a handful, as well. How ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ Succeeds Where ‘Man of Steel’ Failed
Admittedly, I never felt too outraged over the ending of last summer’s ‘Man of Steel.’ (Yes, there will be major spoilers ahead.) The complaints over Superman breaking the neck of his foe were certainly valid – therefore changing the very definition of the character – but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the film. That changed after seeing ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier.’

Whereas Tom Hanks' Captain Phillips talked, finessed, sweated and went into shock to rescue his crew, Chris Evans' Captain America jumps onto a hijacked boat from a helicopter without a parachute. His liberation of a S.H.I.E.L.D. vessel captured by international terrorists involves flinging himself across the deck; a human pinball with terrorists as his easily neutralized bumpers. Make that a supe

Chris Evans Talks ‘Captain America 2′ on ‘Tonight Show,’ Plays “Sibling-wed Game” With Brother
When Chris Evans went on 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon' to plug his work in 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier,' the last thing he probably expected was to be forced into a twisted take on the 'Newlywed Game' with his brother, Scott.
