This year we're seeing more Fall colors in Lawton, Fort Sill than ever before. It's been a while since the leaves have been so vibrant and colorful. Some say it's due to all the rain and moisture we've seen this year throughout the Spring and late Summer. Whatever the reason, the trees are changing and if you're into Fall leaves you're in luck!

While Fall finally arrived in SWOK last week, now is prime time for the colors of Fall in the Wichita Mountains! If you haven't driven through in a while, load up and drive out. It's pretty awesome.

After closely watching the mountains for six weeks, we are finally seeing some pretty vivid colors.

As we expected last week, the yellows are finally starting to poke out as some of the trees are skipping straight to brown. Either way, nature still rules in SWOK.
