The Lawton Police Department (LPD) has issued a warning to the citizens of Lawton, Fort Sill about a new phone scam that's making the rounds. Several people have fallen victim to the scam and/or have reported scamming attempts to the police. Don't fall for it, or it could cost you $100s maybe even $1,000s of dollars!

There is a precautionary boil advisory issued on the afternoon of 7/31/20 for the West High Zone of the City of Lawton. This is the area bound by 61st Street on the east, 82nd Street on the west, Bishop Road on the south, and Rogers Lane on the north. Click here to see the map of advisory area.

A group called Evolve Together just put out a PSA about gun safety that features two kids playing with some...um...items they found in the house.  Pretty funny, but not safe for work (NSFW).

In a move that not only promotes the upcoming 'RoboCop' remake but also attempts to strike fear in the hearts of potential drunk drivers, Sony Pictures has partnered with the National Highway Safety Administration for a new PSA: "Drive sober or get pulled over" ... by RoboCop!

The celeb-driven Stand Up 2 Cancer initiative may have just gotten the best promo in the galaxy — and in those far, far away.

“Indoor tanning is out,” says the Canadian Dermatology Association, who’ve placed tanning beds squarely in their crosshairs with a new web PSA that shows young women singing their skin with a clothes iron, toaster and waffle iron.
