We have an update to a story we told you about back last year where a Tyler man was indicted on federal charges that he pretended to be a military war hero to scam money out of investors.

It's a scam we have warned you about in the past and sadly an Oklahoma grandmother fell for it. Thankfully some folks helped her out.

From the Lawton Police Department Facebook Page: Please be advised that the Lawton Police Department has received another call on an ongoing scam in Lawton. The caller states that he/she is from Publishers Clearing House and that the winner has won 5 million dollars or any other amount.
