On Sunday, April 13, Oklahoma's famous Remington Park will have the wildest races anyone has ever seen. On of the most awaited events of the year, Extreme Races, is coming and here's what visitors can expect.

Oklahomans can watch camels, zebras & other wild animals race.

This year's Extreme Racing will feature Camels, Ostriches, Zebras and more, as they compete on the main track, between the actual pari-mutuel horse races. Flying Pig Races will take place on their own track, located just north of the Plaza throughout the day.

In between the special races, visitors will still be able to enjoy regular long and short distance horse races, as well. If you've never experience the thrill of a Remington Park horse race, you're sure to leave with an unforgettable memory.

Largest charitable event for Remington Park coming in April 2025.

The Extreme Races is the Park's largest charitable event of the year. Proceeds from the event go towards a vairiety of charities. While the races are happening, many of the charity partners have booths set up at the north track level with information about what they do and how visitors are helping them make a difference.

Racing isn't the only highlight of this major event. Food will be served alongside the races in the park. Guests will also have a chance to meet and take photos with all of the animals competing in the races that day, including camels, zebras and many others. Those wanting to participate will want to visit Plaza north, just past the waterfall.
