Inmates Dance Gangnam Style [VIDEO]

You may remember back in 2007 a video of some inmates in Cebu,  Philippines taking the Internet by storm with their choreographed dance to Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' song , well they are back at it and doing the hottest dance on the planet right now.At this maximum security prison in the Philippines they make their prisoners dance as part of their rehabilitation, and this time the inmates did the "Gangnam Style" which is the hottest dance going right now and hot only did they dance to perfection, but they did it in the pouring rain.  The new inmates video was posted on YouTube a little over a weekend, and it already has over a million hits.
