
Curiosity Avenue Officially Opens In Lawton Friday
Great news for parents, grandparents, and especially little kids in Lawton! Curiosity Avenue will officially open in downtown Lawton this Friday.
Last month, Curiosity Avenue announced the indoor play center would open this November. Now we have an official date! Children will be able to explore Curiosity Avenue starting Friday, November 14.
Curiosity Avenue will have a ribbon cutting this Friday.
Curiosity Avenue is located in downtown Lawton in the old Sadler's building on C Avenue. The indoor recreation center will host a ribbon cutting with the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce at 4 p.m. Friday. After which, Curiosity Avenue will be officially open!
Curiosity Avenue offers an miniature city for children.
Lawton residents have been getting sneak peeks of Curiosity Avenue on the indoor recreation center's official Facebook. Curiosity Avenue will feature a little city for children to explore.
Curiosity Avenue will also have areas for babies to play and even amenities for the parents and grandparents! Kids can play while the adults watch a football game. There's also an area for adults and kids to browse and buy used books.
Children can officially play at Curiosity Avenue after Friday.
For those who want to jump in on the action at Curiosity Avenue, they can purchase their play passes before the center's ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. Friday. After noon on Friday, parents can swing by Curiosity Avenue to get their child's $5 play pass so their kid can immediately enjoy all the fun right after the ribbon cutting.
