Thanks to the miracle of modern technology, we’re all able to witness Mother Nature’s wrath from a safe distance. In some cases, the clips serve as reminders of the less obvious dangers of severe weather.

If you’re looking to add a trampoline to your yard, be prepared to pay more for your home insurance. Not due to the threat of someone jumping on it and getting injured, mind you. Those things are a serious flight risk during storms.

As you can see in the below video, once a trampoline becomes airborne, all bets are off. There’s no telling how far those things could tumble in the wind if there’s nothing in the way to stop them.

And you definitely wouldn’t want to be in the path of one yourself.

So, let the clip serve as a Public Service Announcement (PSA) of sorts, and be sure to anchor that trampoline of yours to the ground. Your neighbor will thank you for it.
