Tickets for Jay-Z’s ‘4:44′ Tour Are Officially on Sale

After a week of hype surrounding Jay-Z's latest album 4:44, the acclaimed rapper has officially announced the LP's supporting tour.

The dates begin on Oct. 27 and wrap up on Dec. 21, leaving just enough time to help his wife Beyoncé with raising their newborns before he leaves, giving him a narrow window to make it home in time for Christmas.

Tickets are available for pre-sale on Tidal.

Now that 4:44 is available not only on Tidal, but on Apple Music and through physical purchase as well, the crowds are sure to be singing both Jay's lyrics and his praises. Not everyone has loved the album — his female fans in particular have aired of heartfelt criticism for what they see as his honest, yet still not accountable lyrics that come off as a shallower version of Beyoncé's Lemonade.

Their dissent hasn't stopped the album from going platinum in less than a week, however. It's predicted that although its Tidal-exclusive release prevented the album from charting on the Billboard 200 in the week following its drop, 4:44 will hit the charts soon now that it is no longer restricted to one streaming service.

The tour will be making stops in dozens of cities, including Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit and New York, and fans on Twitter have taken notice. The hashtag #444TOUR has been trending since the announcement early this morning.

Jay-Z will also be headlining the Austin City Limits, Meadows and Made in America festivals this year.
