If you're an adventurous eater, and bored enough to tackle this epic beast, here's how to do 5-in-1 corn dogs. Why not welcome the Dog Days of Summer with an epic weekend grilling hurrah?

First, you'll need these:

  • Hot Dogs
  • Bratwurst
  • Polish Sausage
  • Italian Sausage
  • Chorizo
  • Grill
  • Clicky Grill Tongs
  • Solid Z94 Soundtrack

Now before you see the picture and think "I can do that." hold up... There's a science to every ingredient to this epic corn dog. First and foremost, you need to grill up your individual tubish meats. Brats are the real challenge here, because you probably cook them too fast, which leads to splitting of the case, and all of a sudden it's ruined. Don't be afraid of your brats, just do this... Put them on the grill first, but on the warming rack above the cooking surface. Keep in mind, you're not grilling on high heat, rather somewhere between low and medium, keeping that possibly accurate thermometer around 300°. Let them bake for a while on that rack. When the skins turn milky and you start to see little grill marks, then you move them to the grilling surface, but not directly above a heat source.

Let your brats mellow as you cook everything else. When you're done, slice it all up, skewer them, dip 'em, fry 'em. Delicious. Your mileage may vary.
