Williams, 32, first enlisted in the army in 2009 and in 2010 he was assigned to Fort Sill where the horrendous crime occurred on May 5, 2011.

The boy, Marcus Holloway, was only 10-years-old and died due to malnutrition according to the coroner's report. The prosecutor’s office presented a shocking report stating that the night before Holloway died, he had only a piece of marshmallow pie.

Williams has a long record of stalking ex-girlfriends and abusing children. He has shown no remorse for what he has done.

Timothy McVeigh and Arthur Gooch, were the only two who were executed in Oklahoma for committing federal crimes in the past 85 years, according to the Oklahoman.

However, the federal government believes that due to the nature of the crime the death penalty is justified.

Williams’ jury trail is scheduled to begin in February, 2013.
