Rush opened what may be their last major tour on May 8. The set list was populated by long-lost favorites – and there may be more surprises in store. Fans who purchased VIP ticket packages for the R40 Live dates have received a tour book that includes songs not featured at the opening date in Tulsa last week.

For example, "The Camera Eye" (one of the first songs written for 1981's Moving Pictures) and "The Wreckers" (a deep cut from their most recent studio album, 2012's Clockwork Angels) are referenced as part of a credit section for videos seen onstage. The songs weren't included in the opening night's set, but both were performed both at last night's stop in Lincoln, Neb.

Also mentioned in the tour book is "The Big Money," a mid-'80s hit from Power Windows, that hasn't been played yet. There could be even more twists as Rush's career-spanning jaunt continues because other songs might not have videos that will be shown onstage.

Rush are already digging deep: They reached back for "What You’re Doing" (from their self-titled 1974 debut), which they haven't played for 38 years; they dug up "Jacob's Ladder," originally found on 1980's Permanent Waves, for the first time since 1994; and a number of cuts, including "Distant Early Warning" (played on Friday) and "Between the Wheels" (performed last night) from 1984's Grace Under Pressure, have been absent for years.

The R40 Live tour continues tomorrow night in St. Paul, Minn., and will conclude on Aug. 1 at the Forum in Los Angeles.
