Should Jerome Ersland Serve a Life Sentance?
The case of Jerome Ersland has sure sparked a lot of debate!
The pharmacist was found guilty of killing a teenager attempting to rob his store in 2009. The video has been played over and over on the Oklahoma City news stations.
Since last weeks verdict - guilty - supporters of Ersland have collected nearly 10,000 signatures on a petition calling for his release. Oklahoma State Senator Ralph Shortey (R) also pledged his assistance.
There are also online sites popping up; "Jerome Erland should not have been found guilty" and "Do not free Jerome Ersland"
