Rocklahoma alumni Steel Panther took to the Main/Freedom Stage this evening for an incredible, hilarious, electrifying and over the top performance that we've all come to know, love, expect and respect. It never gets old seeing them live and that's where this band truly shines. Sure I love listening to their albums, but if you really want the full Steel Panther experience you have to see them in concert. The 80's are back!

You gotta love Steel Panther's signature 80's glam metal sound paired with some of the most R-rated, insensitive, non-PC, ridiculously funny lyrics. It's a match made in heaven! The exaggerated look, sound and era image make them unforgettable, not to mention one hell of a good time!

I've had the opportunity to see them several times and they never disappoint. I have to admit it was strange to see them without Lexxi Foxx, long time bass player for Steel Panther. He left the band earlier this year. I'm not too sure who's bangin' bass for them now, I missed the announcement. I know, I know...I had one job!

If you missed them here at Rocklahoma they have another festival date at the Inkcarceration Festival on (09-10-21). After that they'll be out on the road for a short headlining tour before they hit the stage at the Aftershock Festival on (10-10-21). Once the festival and headlining dates are wrapped up they'll be going overseas to tour and will hopefully be back early 2022 for more U.S. tour dates.
