Oklahoma has the longest stretch of Route 66 and some of the most iconic and historic sights and roadside attractions to be found on "The Mother Road." The Sooner State also has a Route 66 museum filled with memorabilia and artifacts.

Did you know that Oklahoma has one of the largest G.I. Joe museums? It's home to over 300 of these iconic fighting figures.

This toy and action figure museum will definitely bring back memories for sure. This place has vintage to modern items on display so no matter when you grew up you'll see something familiar from your childhood.

The Duke was born on May 26th, 1907 making this year his 115th birthday. You can celebrate the 'Duke Days of May' at the John Wayne: An American Experience exhibit in Fort Worth, TX. and members of the Wayne family will be there, including Ethan Wayne!

It's a blast from the past! Did you know that Oklahoma is home to one of the biggest and best toy and action figure museums in the US? It's located in Pauls Valley, OK. and it's only a short hour and a half road trip away from Lawton, Fort Sill.

The new FAM (First American Museum) in Oklahoma City, OK. will be opening on Saturday, September 18th (09-18-21). The new museum features artifacts and amazing displays and interactive attractions that include all the Native American tribes that reside in Oklahoma.

This past weekend the family took me to the John Wayne: An American Experience exhibit in the Fort Work Stockyards. I got to celebrate my 50th Birthday with the Duke! For me this was a dream come true, I'm a HUGE fan of John Wayne. Ever since I was a little kid I've always looked up to the Duke and loved watching all his movies.
