The Hu Live on the Renegade Stage at Rocklahoma 2021

Finally! It's the band I've been waiting for what seems like forever to see the entire Labor Day weekend. I've enjoyed each and every band here at Rocklahoma 2021 and we've seen some amazing performances, but for me this year's three day, three stage live music festival is all about THE HU! This is was my very first time seeing them in concert and it certainly won't be the last.They absolutely destroyed it as they closed out the Renegade Stage on day three at ROK21. The Hu were actually the final band of the festival to perform.

The Hu mix a wide variety of traditional Mongolian and non-traditional sting and percussion instruments along with influences and different genres for an unmistakable sound, unique unto themselves. The Hu really are their own genre of music. They have a mix of everything from rock, metal, folk and Mongolian throat singing. They draw from all kinds of influences and genres, when it all comes together it's incredible!

The Hu are currently out on the road in support of the new album "The Gereg" available for purchase here. If you missed them at Rocklahoma 2021 you'll have a few more chances to catch them live and you don't want to pass it up.  We have two dates that are somewhat close by including Lubbock, TX. on (09-29-21) at the Lonestar Event Center Amphitheater sharing the bill with Volbeat.
