Townsquare Pet Patrol
From shelters to foster and adoption groups, there are many different options when you are looking to add a new four-legged member to your family. Every week Townsquare's Pet Patrol, brought to you by Midtown Animal Hospital highlights adoptable pets from across the Southwest Oklahoma and North Texas areas, hoping to find furr-ever homes for shelter pets from throughout the region.
This week we are highlighting animals from 12 shelters, and hope to add more as momentum builds for this project. We will also be featuring information on upcoming events at our local shelters, as well as bringing you information on upcoming fund raising activities for these organization.
The Pet Patrol is brought to you by Midtown Animal Hospital. We would also like to thank Just 4 K9s and Kitties 2, your home for grooming supplies, as well as all of your pets' needs, from food to beds to toys. Please remember to spay and neuter, and of course to adopt, not shop!

Jersey is an awesome dog and is on his way to being one of the "great" ones, but he is, for all his wonderfulness, still a puppy!
And, he's a busy puppy. He's another one that likes to do his own shopping. He'll drag out toy after toy to play with. And then he might see if there is anything interesting in the trash can. And then he'll come to you for a visit and insist on some lovin' time. And then he'll act like he wants to go out. And then he'll take a nap so we can start the whole thing over again!
Jersey is social, loving, friendly and eager to please. He gets along with other dogs, loves children and is even cat-friendly. He has a lively intelligence that will make him easy to train and an enjoyable companion for years.
Best of all, Jersey is one of the Dogs in Black, so his adoption fee is only $50!!
For more information or to meet Jersey, call SCHS at 580-252-7387. He tested negative for heart worms, has been neutered, and UTD on his vaccinations. He is healthy, happy and ready for a home of his own!
