Veterans Center In Lawton, Oklahoma Invites Community To Free Concert & More

Each Christmas season, most families get together and spend the holidays making memories or catching up. However, several people like veterans who live at the Veterans Center only see the people who choose to come and visit them. That's why events like the upcoming Veterans Classic Christmas are so important.

This year, the Veterans Center in Lawton, Oklahoma is hosting a special Christmas concert to celebrate our military and their families. This Classic Christmas concert is happening Friday, December 19, at 501 SE Flower Mound Rd. from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Veteran's Classic Christmas event is open to all ages, free to attend, and even has a few special perks for audience members. The Veterans Center staff are eager to bring Lawton's community members inside this weekend to enjoy the show and help the veterans they serve feel a little more festive this Christmas.

The music, sung by James Overman, is more than just your Christmas classics on repeat. He, along with other guest singers, will be bringing back favorites made famous by artists like Lionel Richie, Elvis, Alabama, and many more.
