Center fielder Jackie Bradley Jr.'s rookie season for the Boston Red Sox has definitely had its ups and downs. Bradley has had his struggles offensively, hitting a Clark Kentish .218 with just 1 home run. But on defense, Bradley's eye glasses have been left in the phone booth (you see children, a phone booth was where your parents had to go if they wanted to call someone and weren't at home) and the Superman in him has come out.

And it's appropriate that he made this soaring catch in Boston's Fenway park to rob White Sox catcher Tyler Flowers of an extra base-hit in the Sox' come-back win Wednesday night. After all, Massachusetts does come equipped with its own Cape (Cod).

But this wasn't the first remarkable catch for Bradley this season. It wasn't even the first one THIS WEEK. Watch as he takes extras from Baltimore's Manny Machado, sending Sunday's game into extra innings.

Bradley is a prime candidate for an American League Gold Glove in centerfield this, his rookie season. Earlier in the year he made a great catch and throw to turn a double play against Cleveland, proving its his glove keeping him in the lineup this year.
