What Can You Afford With Oklahoma’s Average Salary?
Anywhere you go these days, you'll see people struggling. Groceries are through the roof, everyone's fighting to keep up with the bare necessities, the list goes on. The billionares tell folks to "live within their means" to get ahead of debts and eventually come out on top. But is living within the means even possible in Oklahoma, working with what we're taking home?
Oklahoma's Liveable Salary
According to ZipRecruiter, Oklahoma's average salary is $49,890 /year, or $24 per hour. Granted, there are different jobs that may pay more or less, and some folks may have to spend more money in expenses than others, but (according to the stats) most people are bringing home nearly $50k a year.

Although it doesn't sound like much, Oklahoma must be making ends meet somehow as a state since we've been named as one of the most affordable states to live in by a recent study.
