Easter Bunny Cake

I saw this cake recipe on the Betty Crocker website.  My Mom used to make this cake. 

It's really good but I don't like coconut.  I would just pick off as much as I could.

This is one of my favorite memories of Easter besides the new dress, hat, purse, white gloves, new lace anklets and brand new white patten leather shoes!  I need to find a picture.
